Summer stayed with us for a while; Autumn checked out faster than we expected, and it’s already Winter’s turn. During this season, we are blessed with the beautiful view of the yellow fruits on the yuzu trees in our neighbour’s yard. I talked to the neighbour, who happily shared the fruits with us. I extracted the citrusy aroma of the yuzu fruits for our gin. The yuzu grown naturally with little human intervention may not be aesthetic but smells very good.
