AMRTA No. 2 features a blend of osmanthus (7), ginger leaves (34), and juniper berries (1). The osmanthus used was sourced locally from Koshu City, while we received the ginger leaves from Minami-Alps City. The osmanthus had to be pre-treated by removing its needle-like spines before we painstakingly extracted the maximum aroma from its small petals. The ginger leaves were harvested at the same time as the ginger root. We removed the dirt from the leaves before crushing and soaking them.
