AMRTA No. 4 features a blend of juniper berries (1), quince (6), and peach (68). We procured the quinces and peaches from a farmer in Koshu City and used them to brew a sweet distilled liquor with a nostalgic aroma. We received the quinces in December and the peaches in late fall.
