We express our deepest sympathies to everyone affected by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake on January 1, 2024. There are many sake brewers in the disaster-stricken area, and to help them as much as possible, we will donate 30% of the sales of this edition directly to trusted organizations in the disaster-stricken area. The label’s design was inspired by the trident held by Shiva, the god of rebirth. There is no wax seal or back label, and the bottle is kept simple to minimize the cost of production and maximize our donation. We used pear as the key botanical; the gin is a finely balanced blend of juniper berry, grape blossom, citrus, wormwood Artemisia absinthium and liquorice. I pray that the disaster-stricken areas will be rebuilt as soon as possible and that the daily lives of everyone affected by the disaster will be restored.
